Yes, I met a young person who was trying to get into my line of work. I gave her some people to contact and some advice about someone she was about to interview with. I also offered to put her in contact with others who had worked for this potential employer.
I hope things work out for her.
I blocked poof in her cubicle so she wouldn’t jump on an annoying co-worker.
I’m sitting on a five-hour conference call right now so my boss can take care of his sick child.

Nope. I’m nearing the end of my 2 week holiday (vacation).
Today was a day when I didn’t do a damn thing for anyone.
A couple of days ago, I was behind a car pulling out of the gas station…her gas cap was open. Jumped out of the car to tell her, then screwed it back on for her. My kids thought that was cool.
