Does Fluther have enough demand to start a free, or paid, clinic?

I don’t think so. Fluther really doesn’t have a lot of traffic. It is very slow as internet sites go.
One site you might be able to find a lot of common things to talk about is reddit. I’m a member there, and have discussions related a myriad of topics I find interesting. It’s mind boggling how many topics are on that site. Go there and just search for anything. Literally, anything. And there are people on there 24 hours a day.
