How many bites per meal do you average?

This was asked on Facebook by a friend, who asked me that question. I have never thought of this so I’ve been counting. Well, for breakfast I had a toasted egg and that was 9 bites. Still hungry so I’m heating up a hash brown from McD’s and I imagine that will be another 6 or 8.

A lot. A lot more than average I bet. I tend to take smallish bites. I chew a lot too. I eat very slowly. It’s not child size bites, but the small side of average I guess.
