What do you think of this paper?

This guy (a certain Vladimir Blinovsky) claims to have solved the Riemann hypothesis, complete with proof. I need an evaluation as much careful and heedful as possible with this one. Here’s the link:

The Riemann Hypothesis is one of the most famous of all mathematical problems. If it had been proved it would be newsworthy and we would have heard about it. I am not a mathematician but this proof must be wrong. Scott Aaronson’s blog might be of some help.
