Who's the artist performing this song?

Here it is.

All I know is that it’s NOT Bob Dylan, although the file title is “Bob Dylan, Like a Rolling Stone”.

If you know the English translation for the lyrics or some of them, please post it.

The language sounds like Italian or Portuguese, but perhaps someone here knows what it is.

The song is Sincerita by Arista. There is an official video on YouTube, and another with the lyrics. It is in Italian.
