Can you link me to a career program that actually works?

Doesn’t have to be free. Just needs to work. I’ve tried free ones and ones from the government. To no avail.

You need to know what you want to do, first. Then find out where to get training/achooling for that job. You have to have the prerequisites for the training. Then you have to actually go to the training, be competent, pass the tests, and then apply for joba in that/or related fields.

But unless you do these things, it won’t work. You have to be willing and able to do all of these things.

There are plenty of work programs that work as well as the effort you put into it.

If you are interested in a craft reach out to a trades union and see if they have an apprentice program. I was a Steamfitter apprentice a few summers in college; they had an excellent program.

No career program works unless you put the work into it.
