Last time I attempted that I didn’t have children. Now you’ve given me a goal. Make it before the month is out. I just know my kids would love it. They love Jambalaya.

My life is complete because of my plancha. Follow this recipe for the best Latin sandwich in the world I have ever found.

Edit: You don’t need a plancha but it helps.

Paella is my favorite dish in the world. Get a good recipe as a starter and them embroider. I vary the sausage (sometimes I don’t use it) and the seafood depending on my mood and what it available.

Make sure to have great saffron.
