Would the planet Venus have already slammed into Earth if it was 10,000,000 miles farther from the sun?

I do know it would be quite a bit closer to Earth… also, would you be able to see Venus better in the sky?

No, it would still be about 20 million miles away.

But the gravitational effect of Venus would be more significant, although still not as great as that of the moon.
