Best CAD (Solidworks) books?

Asked by Jonathan_hodgkins (690points) December 12th, 2017

I am looking for book recommendations for getting better at Solidworks. But I am also interested in learning best practices. How to set up part or DWG, best way to model, etc.

I am also curious if anyone has tips that have provided big dividends. What 20% of CAD skills should I master to provide 80% of effectiveness? Thanks!!

Noticed there’s no answers, so wanted to throw out another possibility.

Have you thought about online lessons? There’s a lot of places, but I’ve been impressed by Pluralsight on a few things. They have some courses on Solidworks and offer a free trial period if you want to give it a shot.
