Even then though, if none of the advice your giving is harmful, you may be fine. and you’re not giving anyone surgery, just advice
I thought the only things you can’t call yourself would be things related to the government, like “I’m a federal Agent” or “I’m a cop” or even acting like you are a certain military rank when you aren’t

You can call yourself “doctor”, you just can’t present yourself as a medical doctor if you don’t have the proper credentials. The title of “doctor” itself isn’t specific to medical practice.
