What does the phrase from Andrew Dice Clay mean? t"Does your mother sew? Boom get her sew that."?

In my view:
First, he’s asking of your mother knows how to sew. (Simple)
Next, “Boom”, he hits you.
Finally, he tells you that since your mom can sew, fix that gash in your head.
