According to me, "The Circle" has a bad ending. Do you agree?

Yes! It just ended flat.

Read the synopsis.
So, the omnipresent surveillance got her friend killed, and in response she completely submits to the tyranny, instead of having an epiphany.
So, yeah, a bad ending.
But I assume that was intended.

Sure. Hard to say what ending it should have had.

Emma Watson goes on a rampage, killing everyone in the circle, culminating in a massive explosion that obliterates the compound, with her, grimy, bloody and dirty, walking in front of the fireball, with a tank-top and and a shotgun slung over her shoulder, Tom Hank’s severed head in the other hand, in slow motion, and hard rock playing in the background.

Never saw the movie. I liked the book though.
