Do you agree that, though not quite put up, love can be a undercurrent theme of "Death Note"?

Of which the most arresting theme is the love of the shimigami Jealous for Misa.

I have absolutely no idea what this means.

I do not know what love being “put up” means.

Is “Death Note” a movie? A book?

Could you please give more details?

With “put up” i mean “thought up”. “Death Note”, in the beginning, was a manga, from which sprang an anime. Subsequently, it became a tv series and later still a movie, made this year. I’m referring to the anime.
