@Dutchess_lll Your first two results are labelled “Ad” and come before the Wikipedia section. I don’t get any ad results, so mine starts with the Wikipedia section.
My Wiki section shows the same three dog pics and the wiki link. Then I get a section:
“People also ask
Are pitbulls banned in the UK?
Are Pit Bulls Dangerous by Nature?
Are pit bulls vicious dogs?
Are pit bulls bad dogs?”
My first actual search result is neutral and informational:
“American Pit Bull Terrier Dog Breed Information, Pictures – Dogtime
dogtime.com/dog-breeds/american-pit-bull-terrier ”
Then I get another link to the Wiki page, this time as a search result, but it does have an extra link inserted:
“Pit bull – Wikipedia
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pit_bull
“Jump to Dog attack risk – Pit bull is the common name for a type of dog. ...”
Then there is a “Top Stories” section, of which the top stories are all about dog attacks and banning pit bulls whose titles seem calculated to incite fear and generate agreement:
“Man stabs pit bull that attacked him and dogs”, “Deputies: Cornelius man stabs pit bull that attacked his dogs”, “Dog Owners Push To Ban Pit Bulls After Deadly Attack”
If these were about a group of humans, they might be considered hate speech.
Interesting to me, is that all of the following links after all that look to be neutral, fact-based, and or in defense of pit bulls against misinformation.
I don’t remember researching pit bull violence before – maybe I searched a couple of times long ago. I do frequently look up pro-animal sites of all sorts.
Here’s the rest of my search results:
