Have you had a practice run for survival food?

How long can you eat it? Did you like it? How long can one stand to eat the same food for? A week? A month? A year?

For me survival food comes from the Mexican food restaurants and I can eat it from here to eternity.

We have dehydrated and stored a bunch. We have eaten it and it is good. I have never tried to live on it for extended periods, so I don’t know the nutritional value associated with it.
