When I had roommates, we had layers. The stuff easier to access was fine. If you dug too deep, who knows what you might find.

There was a damned chocolate easter bunny, that stayed in the freezer for years. It took up space, but I wasn’t allowed to toss it…

Do you perhaps mean perishables?

None.. I am kinda weird about food going bad. I actually toss out stuff way before most people would consider it going bad. And I only have about 25 things in my fridge. So it is pretty easy to keep tabs on things.

None or close to it..I don’t like to keep expired items in my fridge.

@Jeruba Yes. You are right. Mods can you send my question back to editing?

None, we do not purchase much more than we can eat in a weekly shopping trip (unless it is a great sale) so not much piles up and if there are any leftovers they get eaten for lunch the next day.

@MrGrimm888 We had the same problem with a piece of wedding cake for many years. After a couple of months we knew no one was ever going to eat it but it took a catastrophic failure of the freezer before I was allowed to dispose of it.
