Tumeric helps. Not a cure but regular doses of it mixed with my food seem to help with the inflamation that occurs in the joints and in small doses you can’t even taste it so you can put it in just about everything. note, I have not tried it in pancakes so if you do, let me know how that goes

I knew a guy at a gym that I used to go to who swore by glucosamine/chondroitin supplements. Apparently that worked really well for him. You can find this at any pharmacy or even grocery stores. It’s non-prescription.
Disclaimer:
My joints don’t ache, so I don’t know from personal experience whether this works or not.

My knees tend to ache. I use glucosamine chrondroitan. It takes about two weeks of use to build it up in your blood sufficiently for the effect.

I think you need to see your doctor. They are able to give you advisable supplement that might relief your joint ache and may not conflict your condition and I think avoid food that might triggered and worsen your condition.
