Bone marrow is said to be good for you, but I don’t know that I’ve seen it in grocery stores, and I don’t know how to prepare it.
Can you enlighten me?

You can get marrow bones at a good butcher counter or meat market. (You won;t find it at a supermarket like Safeway).
Or, you can order them online. They aren’t expensive at all.
There are a number of ways to cook them; mostly it is a matter of roasting them. Then you scoop the marrow out with a small spoon, put it on toast or pasta, and enjoy!
If you eat veal, you can get a veal shank with the bone in place to make osso bucco.
My Mom used to get marrow bones from a butcher. As @zenvelo you roast the bones and then scoop out the marrow. They’re probably hard to find now.
I have never eaten like the folks above say, only in soups, although I may have to try those. In soup it thickens and is delicious, just add a little apple cidar vinegar. Yummy.
Butcher shop. Cooking would maybe be soups? I eat the marrow out it most well cooked meat that I eat. I’ll cracking the bones, or gnaw it out of the ends of the bones… I like it.
In fact. I always get my chicken wings well done, for the specific reason of wanting to get the marrow.
You can also find them in frozen section of Asian stores. It’s delicious but loaded with cholesterol I think.
“Bone broth” is a trendy thing right now that uses marrow. But the happy truth is it’s simple stock. If you’re into cooking or want to learn, you want to make stock.
My recipe for chicken stock is
—Roast a chicken (or buy a roasted chicken)
—Eat the chicken
—Crack the bones and boil the remains with an onion and celery
—Strain
And here’s a recipe for beef stock.
