I’ve taken to referring to supporters of President Shithole as shithole-Americans.
His support is strongest in shitholes with economies based on disability checks, meth, and opioids.

Trump himself springs to mind. He is way, way below the standard expected and then there is this…

I was in a city in North Dakota 25 years ago and the citizens drank coffee because its boiled water. The water from the taps was nasty.

University towns and sanctuary cities. Any place that is majority (or close to it) minority.

Any place where predominately people of color live.
I assume he means anything HE considers substandard, which is probably much of the country.
For myself and my definition, I’ve seen many, including parts of Mexico and many parts of the US across the country.

Haven’t been to London, but people are starting to avoid it due to radical Islamic extremists, knife attacks, acid attacks. But Trump will give them a pass because they’re Anglo, not African or Hispanic
What parts of the first world consider Trump substandard? I would guess a pretty good chunk of it.
