My aol spyware checker KEEPS popping up with "we have found and detected Estalive" what IS that and how can I get rid of it for good?

I am very tired of seeing this every day has anone else been able to solve this problem?

I agree, it seems AOL or some of the preadded software is the problem as this malware is adware stuff)
