Is your friend wanting to order multiple items of one thing?

SQUEEKY2's avatar

no @Dutchess_III one item, but one pre paid visa wouldn’t cover it so wanted to use two cards.

Dutchess_III's avatar

Oh. Well. Did you get it figured out?

Credit card? Amazon?? How are the Luddites fallen!

Dutchess_III's avatar

I avoid using my Amazon card for purchases except at Christmas. If I don’t have the money in my checking account, I don’t buy it.

LornaLove's avatar

You can load two cards. I have a few cards, then when you check out you choose the card.

@LornaLove The question is splitting on order between two cards. I’m not sure if that is possible.

@SQUEEKY2 So what was the final deal?

SQUEEKY2's avatar

It looked like I couldn’t pay with two cards, or at least I couldn’t figure out how.

Dutchess_III's avatar

Seems that would be an internal thing. Customer service would have to help you.

I can’t seem to get in touch with anyone, remember I have to deal with Amazon.ca..
You guys deal with Amazon.com

Dutchess_III's avatar

Why can’t you use Amazon.com?

SQUEEKY2's avatar

Because it’s just for you Yankees, Amazon.ca is for us Canucks.
I almost lost a pre paid Visa on Amazon.com had the order all filled out and it wouldn’t accept my Canadian address and I couldn’t the card back, but I beat em I just sent my American Uncle an early Christmas present.

Dutchess_III's avatar

u r so racist toward Canadians!

SQUEEKY2's avatar

Amazon.com sure seems to be so.

I would suggest loading funds into a PayPal “bank” (basically, just a PayPal account), which can accept funds from multiple sources, and then use that single PayPal account to pay Amazon.

SQUEEKY2's avatar

Nice thought @CWOTUS ,except Amazon doesn’t accept Pay Pal.
