What are some strenuous activities that require a lot of fast movement?

What’s an activity that requires a ridiculous amount of movement? It doesn’t have to be exercise related. I’m writing about a Sports Bra with medium impact support & I want to end a sentence with ”...unless you’re planning on ‘insert vigorous off-the-wall activity here’, this bra has your back.”
