Do you think the equation ER=EPR introduced by Leonard Susskind (the father of the string theory) appears in the movie Interstellar?

Maybe it’s obvious, but I want to know all the same about it.

The science advisor for Interstellar was Kip Thorne, a recognized expert on general relativity. After a bit of digging I was unable to find any specific answer as to whether he accepts Susskind’s hypothesis, but as most of Thorne’s published work seems to revolve around a more traditional view of quantum mechanics, my guess would be no. That said, he’s a scientist and would accept any experimental or mathematical evidence, I’m sure, but none has been provided just yet.
