And why?
As a relative beginner, I love the flexibility of charcoal.

Graphite, and surprise, computer.
I draw on paper first, then scan the paper and do additional editing on computer. Computer can create special effects that normal medium can’t.
I prefer colored pencil. I have a nice Prisma color set. I like certain paper too.
I haven’t done much with art, except the years I spent decorating cakes.
If I could afford the supplies, I would like very much to work with clay, sculpting.
I work with watercolor tube paints mostly now; have used other media over the years.
Pencils, acrylic paint, latex, casting resin
I’m not great at anything but I dabble in a lot of stuff. I paint (almost exclusively digitally). I make jewelry (the latest thing I’ve tried is pouring resin – you can preserve plants and feathers and things in clear resin and make jewelry out of them – pretty cool!). I take photos mainly to support my hobby of birding, which is a lot of fun.
