UTI sensations but not a UTI - Has anyone had this?

I feel like I have a UTI, I’ve had it for 2 weeks, no burning but a pressure and urgency. I’ve had this before and a renal scan and nothing was found outside of a 3mm kidney stone, this was 2 years ago. Well, I’ve got it back. Went to Dr and took a dipstick test, it came back negative, she said I don’t need it cultured as it came back negative, however, I went to a urologist and am waiting on a culture. Has anyone had this and it wasn’t a UTI and just an irritated bladder, I’m really over it and I have to wait another 4 days before seeing a urologist! Pleaes note I am not wanting a diagnose I just want to hear what other people have gone through and what it ended up being? Thank you
