If you're up for italian, my family is a big fan of Mama Santa's. It's a nice, not-too-fancy place in Little Italy. They're supposed to have the best pizza in Cleveland, but every time I go I get the homemade pasta. http://tinyurl.com/yogmsb
There is a great little middle-eastern cafe called Alladins. They have delicious wraps and they also serve yummy fruit smoothies (all natural). It's not a fancy restaurant--under $10 per person--so it's better for a casual meal. I think there are a couple different locations in Cleveland.
