Should I use warm or cold water to help my tired eyes?
What is better? They are sore from excessive computer usage.

I’ve tried both, and I find warm t be most soothing. If you are trying to revive, and be active, I suggest cold, but warm is best for getting to sleep.
I splash cold tap water into my eyes for a refresher.
Warm water makes ME feel better; however, cold water makes my eyes feel better.
Actually, I keep a bottle of any of the natural “tears” eye drops in my medicine cabinet because they make my eyes immediately feel less scratchy & not as tired.
Getting off my computer & closing my eyes tightly for a couple of minutes does better than any of the above!!!
For me I won’t advice both options. Cold and hot water might damage your tired eyes in long run if it’s habitually done.( NO PROVEN TEST) but I do advice just rest your eyes. Go out in an office and look for cool green surrounding.
I also go outside & play with my dogs. That way time goes by faster & I’m away from my computer for longer than a minute or two, I get some fresh air, & my dogs love me for it!!!
Cold. Really cold. Cold helps with inflammation.
