My friend cooks whole pigs. They’re ridiculously tasty. If you’ve never been to a Southern BBQ with a whole pig, you wouldn’t get it. But it’s awesome.
Ima get my friend to cook us a hog! Sweet n spicy BBQ available. Don’t be freeked out, by the the pig’s head. The best meat is in the head! I can pull the pit on a trailer. My friend has two, and takes a fresh cooked pig to every Panther’s home game. It keeps cooking, in traffic…
Seriously though, it’s great. It will need sides though…
I wouldn’t be mad if someone brought other meat, or drink…
Honestly, I’m going to ask for a permanent BBQ pit, on the property, here at the mansion. Maybe over by the pond…

BTW, I did BBQ on the exact 10K day but then it was Memorial Day too. It was also my 21st anniversary of moving to N Cal to work at a satellite company.
