What does "Tenebris Torquent" mean?

It is the title of the last episode of the current Star Trek Online expansion.

Tenebris means Mysterious or Dark

Torquent means Wind or Twist

So my guess is that this means a darkly mysterious wind or twist in the plot

Tenebris means darkness, obscurity or gloom. Torquent as far as I can make out is the present third person plural of the Latin verb torquere which means to twist, distort or torture. Tenebris torquent can therefore mean in darkness they twist or torture.
