Do you close the bathroom door when you use the facilities? (NSFW)

I depends on how close/comfortable I feel when in the presence of this person!!! I’m NOT a bashful person;so many things just don’t bother me. Then again, there are many things that I just wouldn’t do on a first date!!! On the other hand, I haven’t been on a date since my husband died 11 years ago; but, IF I ever do meet someone I feel comfortable enough to date, I won’t be extremely bashful!!!

are you only asking this of people who live alone? I’m married and my husband and I very rarely close any doors in the house. I had a friend whose master bedroom bathroom had no door at all.

I guess when I was first dating someone I closed doors, but very quickly I wouldn’t care about closing a door to pee if I’ve already had sex with the guy.

At home with my sister growing up and even now I wouldn’t care about closing the door most of the time.

I do. Even when I live completely alone, I can’t sleep without a few layers between me, and the outside world.

I sleep alone & NOT with the outside world. I feel as if I’m being strangled when I try to sleep dressed; so I sleep in the raw with clothes near by just in case there’s a fire.

I leave it open so I can hear the TV.
Walking around naked?? Maybe…
A shower at 3 AM? Not out of the question, it depends on why I need a shower at that time…

Don’t even remember the last time I needed a 3 am shower; so that’s probably NOT going to be happening because I would be awake for the rest of the night.

My house is a clothing optional zone. IF you feel the need to get naked, I won’t stop you; however, I also might not join you; or who knows, I might beat you to it!!!

I have roommates, but they’re young guys who are not so discreet; one of my roommates often only closes the door part-way when he’s in there. I tend to be a bit more private about such things, but like @JLeslie, with my brother growing up we often did not close the door to the “facilities” that we shared.

I do enjoy getting to blast music with my sound system or watch TV in my underwear. And although I am the cleanest of the three of us, I often will put off cleaning until later, allowing things to pile up around the house for a while, something that I wouldn’t do if I were living with a partner or living at home.
