What is a good 100% all natural energy bar for in between meals?
I know there are a million of them out there, but does anyone have a favorite all natural energy bar that they use for meal replacement?

My daughter and her husband eat fiber one bars because they are not very many points on weight watchers. I don’t know if calories and the feeling of being satisfied are priorities to you, but if they are, you may try them. .. (I’m not sure about all the ingredients, and how 100% natural they are though, just that they’re high in fiber)
The Kashi GoLean bars are my favorite in terms of taste/texture and protein content. They also have a good amount of fiber and don’t taste like you’re eating a protein bar. The malt and peanut butter ones are especially tasty.

this wont be a popular answer but if you can't hunt, harvest, or grow it you shouldn’t eat it. try an apple, some nuts, and beef jerky.
Clif Bars are awesome and they taste great! They are my favorite energy bar.

How about not eating a bar, but instead grabbing a handful of nuts and a piece of fruit?
Clif bars and many others have a sweetener as their first ingredient (often corn syrup, or high fructose corn syrup, but sometimes brown rice syrup, cane juice/sugars, etc). Once in a while won’t kill you, but if it’s something you have often I recommend going to your local natural food stores and looking through the ingredient listings on the available bars—- and at least alternating or supplementing with sebrowns’+Marina’s idea above: nuts, whole fruits, dried fruits, cucumber or carrot slices dipped in hummus, crackers and cheese, banana or apple and peanut butter, etc.
Lara bars are awesome, just dates and nuts but I agree with others who say to try to eat whole foods for snacks. Bars are high in calories as well. All of the other bars have sugar and nasty ingredients .
@Sebrown, Zina and Marina; I’m with you. (and Emily Rose).
