Tom and Jerry.
Because Kim is the mouse, who played the cat for a fool.
Yosemite Sam, and Porky Pig.
Trump is Sam because he is an ego maniac that would rather shoot than talk,and Kim just reminds me of Porky pig.
Daffy Duck and Porky Pig. Trump (Daffy) : “That’s deshpicable!” Porky (Kim Jong Un): “All bets are off. Be Dee Be Dee Be Dee, That’s all, folks!”
I don’t think of cartoon characters when I see utterly terrible people in positions of great power, because they seem to real and terrible and their being in power is nightmarish to me, and I can’t think of any sufficiently nightmarish cartoon characters.
Trump and Kim are already two dimensional cartoon characters blown up like balloons with their own self importance.
Who I would see them as never met in cartoons.
Kim very much reminds me of Marty the Martian, people laugh at the little guy, but his gun really is devastating.
Trump is like Foghorn Leghorn.
None. I suppose I will never see Kim Jong and not think of his nickname Rocket Man.

The Simpsons. Specifically Bart and Homer.
Trump: OOh, too scary and offensive to think of such a dangerous man as a cartoon character. In ten years, his name will be forgotten because it is too offensive to be spoken.
Kim Jung Un: Maybe some offensive images remain in other parts of the world, but all that’s known is how he outwitted and maybe saved us from that dangerous and horrendous dictator that almost ruled the world, had he not be brought down by a porn star.
