iPhone 6 Drop Call Fix Youtube suggested fix to determine IF your phone is faulty or fix the problem yourself.

If you don’t want to tackle it yourself go to the service provider, i.e. AT&T . . . Verizon. . . .

@Tropical_Willie, you are correct; however, I don’t know about @janbb, but I prefer to figure it out for myself so I get a better feel for my phone. In fixing one thing, I learn where to go to fix something else. Might not be the best way for everyone; but, I learn more in doing it myself in place of the carrier fixing it & handing it back to me.

I did go to the carrier and they were somewhat flummoxed but seem to have fixed it. Some things I like to try myself with the phone and some I just want done.

Thanks for the responses!

Get a replacement if the phone is relatively new. Flummoxed is a another way of saying “I only know how to sell phones”. There are known problems where the phone drops the incoming calls or if you hit the wrong button they go straight to voice mail. Dropped calls are sometimes a technical problem and not an “owner fix”

Disclosure: I own an Android. ;>0

We’ll see not new and I’m not ready to buy a new one. The service was good though.

Like Willie, I’m an Android baby. My brother & his wife sleep with their iPhones!!!
