Can i play HEVC movies on a core2duo?

Hy all, I have an E8400 core2duo with an RV710 GPU video and 4 GB DDR2 dual channel RAM 332 Mhz dram frequency, on an Optiplex 775 motherboard and I wonder if I could play HEVC movies somehow, with a software trick?
