Who will be benificiated by the trade war started recently?
Will there be anyone who’ll be profited by this or everyone will lose at the end?

There may be one off beneficiaries, but from a macro perspective, it will hurt far more people than it will help. Remember that prices will rise without any improvement in goods, economies will shrink rather than expand.
CNN and other news media will benefit.
It’s hard to say, probably a mixed bag for the US. It will probably hurt China enough where they come to the table to negotiate better deals. A big risk is being taken with this though.
Trump, he told his sons and son-in-law what was about to happen. Oh, and the coal mine owners and iron works owners. If the charge only one or two percentage points less the the tariff metal the in for a profit.
I don’t see any benefit. The damage done to our relationships with multiple allies alone is disturbing.
I find it awesome that the other countries are adding tariffs specifically targeting Trump supporters.
If Trump keeps this up, he’ll be like Sanders trying to find a place to eat. The world is reacting to this administration, and the message is clear. Stop being assholes!
^What do you mean by “other countries are adding tariffs specifically targeting Trump supporters.” ?
@imrainmaker The tariffs on Harley’s, on US cheese exports, and on Kentucky Bourbon are all directed at areas of the country that supported Trump, Ryan, and McConnell.
^ohk..I was wondering how can a country target Trump supporters..got it now..) Thanks!
@zenvelo is right, as usual. They’re going after the right people, at least. I like that. It’ll still hurt good people, but it is a nice play.
Time, and time again, Trump has shown that he intends to try and bully his way through world affairs. Now, the gloves are coming off, and things are heating up. He is clearly more of an unwanted guest at world leader meetings, and NOT some great negotiator, or deal maker. His tactics show that he will push, with unearned confidence, and entitlement. And expect everyone bends to his will. Well. That hasn’t happened, as Trump simply makes a fool of himself more often than not. Not only foolish, but unpleasant in almost all areas.
The interesting fact here, is that Trump could be far more successful at all his presidential duties, if he just wasn’t agitating every situation. He goes out of his way, to be offensive, and start problems.
At this point, I don’t know if he’s doing all these bad things to distract from his criminal issues, or if he’s really so audacious, and ignorant…
Sometimes, I think it’s a mixture of both.
Trump thinks he can throw deals into the garbage, then negotiate better deals afterwards. It only works once, and only if the other side has no alternatives. Everyone is onto him now (if not before). He might get a good deal here and there, but won’t get deals that will be good overall. That takes a lot of trust on both sides.
Oh lord. If someone has to trust Trump, we’ll never get another deal…
