Someone using my mobile hotspot. can he see my personal data ?

if he hacked my mobile through hotspot what can he do?

I’m paranoid; so, I keep mine set so I’m the ONLY one that can see that my hotspot is even open. I also have it password protected so they gotta work to get into it. I believe in an overabundance of caution over oops!!!
