Does marketing a business legitimately have anything to do with fluther?
I see we’ve got a few new members today, businesses. Are they that desperate for clients or why do they keep making profiles here?
I don’t see what it could possibly benefit them to waste their time making a profile then being deleted.

When spam first started coming through my emails, it was explained to me that the spammers would BUY 100, 1,000, or even a million email addys to send their crap. Their hope was that just 1 or maybe 2 would read & buy. Supposedly that with the very little overhead they have in the beginning that even 1 bite was worth the work. Just guessing…it may be the same concept here.I have NO clue how many members belong here; however, IF just 1 responds positively, it’s worth the time to set up the profile & ask 1 Q!!!
Oh wow, low expectations….glad I didn’t click their sites then! haha, thanks!
@KNOWITALL Someone keeps feeding the spammers. One bite is all they need to continue.
WE get waves of spam from time to time. It’s not that it’s successful; it’s just a splatter attempt.
I knew a guy once who asked every girl if she would have sex with him. It was painful, and sometimes funny to watch. But. Every now and then, it got him laid. Maybe 1 out of like 3,000. But it was a numbers thing…
It could if that business was looking for people’s opinions, not their money.
