I think it’s a big deal over nothing. The guy was apparently a bad person. He’s gone. I don’t see a connection to Papa Johns.

I guess rebranding would be ok, but it’s still the same business…

Boycott, and shame the man. If he’s not connected to the product anymore, that’s what matters.

If we’re going to start punishing companies for racist things people in upper management say, then conservatives will have no businesses. I’m sure they’d be too proud to go on unemployment, or welfare. So millions would die. Nobody left of center wants millions dead…

C.S. Pizza. Cheap, shitty pizza that is only marginally better than the cardboard that the competitors sell. C.S.P. for short.

I’ve NEVER eaten from there so I don’t see a reason to change the name. I read today that they’re in the process of removing his pic from their logo. Actually, I never noticed that it was his pic on the logo. In other words, NOTHING that they do will entice me anymore than they already have!!!

No. I’m tired of this kind of thing. The man should not have stepped down. I don’t eat that kind of pizza anyway so the whole company could fold and I would not be affected.

^What kind of thing are you tired of?

MollyMcGuire's avatar

If you don’t know, I sure can’t help you.

@chyna, apparently @MollyMcGuire is tired of there being real world consequences when rich white men say and do whatever the hell they want to.

Accountability seems to be anathema to her.

No, “accountability” is only for NFL players who dare to express their political opinion by kneeling.
But a corporate shitpizza chain lord who throws the word “nigger” around left and right, he is beyond reproach.

I suspect @MollyMcguire is tired of cries of “there’s gambling going on here. I’m shocked—shocked”. The gamblers themselves are particularly tired of it.
