Would it help if a furniture/air conditioner/ to have encouraging words in their instructions ?

Like you can do it! Or don’t give up. I spent two hours trying to connect the base of my tower fan and felt embarrassed when the instructions were two pictures and it saying that it can be installed in 5 – 10 minutes. I only got one screw of five in and just got it standing and basically working. What would you change to the instructions?
