USA here, in the state of Texas at present. For a short time Texas was it’s own country, and I have noticed there are people here who still seem to think that.
I grew up in Utah and that’s another place where some people seem to think it’s a separate country. Weird.
The Netherlands.
I ‘reside’ in Greece as much as possible.
I live in Scotland but I have lived in the USA and I have spent some time in China.
United States, which at one time was part of Mexico.
^^Same. We didn’t cross the border, the border crossed us.!
U.S.
Lived in Colombia, Canada, and Panama when I was young.
Canada. Lived in North Dakota for a weekend. Water was bad. Locals drank more coffee to compensate for the nasty water.
England, lived in Narnia for a short time until mummy sold the wardrobe.
@ucme, how very heartless of her.
Vietnam, and I’m the only Vietnamese non-spammer her so far.
I’ve been in my city for most of my life. With the lifestyle here I don’t think I will move to another country soon. So the internet is the window to the world to me. I’m glad I found Fluther, in many ways.
In the Land of Grey and Pink, where only Boyscouts stop to think.
USA. I lived in Germany, and a few places in Europe for a few years…
Currently live in the San Francisco Bay Area, California.
Have lived in Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic.
@Patty_Melt She meant well, think she wanted me out of the closet…wait…what!?!
Western Canada here, wouldn’t want to nor have I ever called anywhere else home.
So far I count 7 but I know one member here from Germany.
And they haven’t chimed in yet on this thread.
I thought we had at least a couple from Germany.
Maybe one left.
Not everyone feels compelled to answe a roll call.
Well. Not everyone checks Meta that often either…
I’m curious, not impatient.
:-)
There’s two that I know of.
Germans.
Aber ich werde keine Namen nennen.
USA. @RedDeerGuy1, you can find nasty water in every state and country. The coffee thing is cultural. North Dakotan immigrants were largely Scandinavian and German.. Both drink a ton of coffee.
Uh, this is about location, not DNA.
Yeah, if you want to publish your DNA ancestry results you are in the wrong thread.
