HE’S BUILDING A WALL!

All caps is easier for people who are dyslexic because there are no mirror image letters. If you were just to say at the beginning why you’re writing in all caps, I would hope that everybody here would be fine with it.

In addition, roadsigns and advertising is mostly done in all caps. So it does have a place in society.

In general, I would think the writer was clamoring for attention. Same for lots of !!!!s and LOLs and other special effects. And yes, I’d want them to tone it down. Otherwise I’d just start ignoring them.

But if it were you, friend @rebbel, I wouldn’t make such an assumption. Instead I would think you were making a point or setting up a joke or otherwise up to something.

Someone with very little brain, or education, screaming for attention.
