At 33% of recommended daily intake per serving, I guess it is. 1 serving has more calcium than 1 Tums tablet, which many people take as a calcium supplement.
Only 2 more bowls to go (today)
Dark green vegetables provide more calcium, but probably don’t go well with milk and sugar.
Whenever my wife tells me to eat my veggies ‘cause they’re a good source of (insert vitamin/mineral here), I say “you know what else is an excellent source of (insert vitamin/mineral here)? My multivitamin!
But you can’t put dressing on a multi-vitamin. (I suppose you can.)
Eat your veggies because they taste good. I just had this, for example.
I used a fresh whole-wheat baguette sliced thinly on the diagonal (/).
This just gave me another reason to love Cocoa Puffs.
