Would a million dollars worth of gasoline be free, since the digital read-ot flps to all zeros?

Gas pump read-outs go to $999,999.99. One penny more and you are at $1,000,000.00

But since the read-out only displays eight digits, only 000,000.00 would be shown, the same as when it starts.

So, does that mean I would only pay $ 000,000.00 for a million dollars worth of gasoline?
