Does Wikipedia in your primary language mention nationality of the parents of the person you are looking up?

I know it does in English, but I wondered if this is because the entries are made by a lot of Americans.

The personal information often mentions the nationality of the parents and sometimes the religion.

I think it really depends on the person you are looking up. I got interested and searched up a french actress Clemence Poesy whom I knew had more to do with the French film industry than the English speaking ones, but had also appeared in Harry Potter so is of some interest to English speakers.
There is significantly more information about her on the French wikipedia compared to the English one, and it goes into much more depth. I definitely think it’s to do with the fact she’s better known in France.
Funnily enough there’s a mention on the English wikipedia that her father is an ‘actor-director’ and it gives him a name, while the French one doesn’t much care and instead provides a link to the theatre he is a part of.
I just realised that I didn’t actually answer your question, so I think I’ll stop there…
