Ever drink Aquavit? What do you think of it? Do you have a favorite brand?

I drank it once, at a midsummer night’s feast put on by a Swedish exchange student. This was a long long time ago. It was okay, no worse than doing tequila shooters.

I’ve liked it well enough when offered, but I buy very little alcohol, so I’ve never shopped for it or paid attention to brands.

It’s traditional with parts of my family when I visit in Denmark. I politely decline. I do not like it. Far too strong for my tastes.
