Did you know that cabbage interferes with medications?

Clozapine specifically. I just found out. I can’t ever have sauerkraut again.

Sure did not know that. I believe grapefruit interferes with “statins”.

I was not aware of that. How did you find out? Those who prescribe medications should inform you of any foods that might cause interference.

@LostInParadise I was going to the grocery store and asked the butcher for the isle with the sauerkraut. He picked one out that was called wine sauerkraut. I called my pharmacist and they told me that I am not only not allowed to have sauerkraut, that I can’t have cabbage either.

Good thing you asked. Seems to me that either your doctor or the pharmacist should have originally told you about any interfering foods.
