How does the app "Groove Music" work?

I was under the impression that it searches your computer and plays the music that is on there but either I have a lot more music than I thought by a lot more people than I knew I had or it is pulling music out of the ether (or something).
Can someone fill me in?

Prime example just came on.

Where in the Hell did This come from?

Damned sure I didn’t load it onto my computer at any point and I know I did not purchase a copy.
