Who said it is illegal to masturbate in a restroom? I doubt that you can back up that assertion.

For that matter, it’s not illegal to have sex in a bathroom. What is illegal is soliciting for sex (i.e. prostitution) in a restroom. That’s what got the senator (or congressman) in trouble in Minnesota a while ago.

Playing with your self in a bathroom illegal? Give me a break. Two thirds of Americans are criminals, then.

George Michael, the singer, was arrested for a “lewd act” at a park bathroom in which he was by himself. So that leads me to believe he was masturbating. This was in the late 90’s.

This brings up all kinds of problems. I have to pull my dick, to make sure all the pee is out. Some days, I have to pull/squeeze more than others. There is surely a point where it goes from pee clearing, to something else.

There should be a panel of 12 people who decide on each case, as to whether or not a man is pulling his pud, or peeing.
