How can we make grinding in real life as good as grinding in a video game?
How can we make grinding in real life more fun or productive? Maybe give a score to employees and getting paid every day and not biweekly? Or give more freedom with where and when you work? Grinding is playing a level over and over in a role playing game to build experience and gold. Can you list careers that grinding is fun in?

Most occupations have elements that require boring repetitive activity- some more than others. Being able to successfully work at a boring occupation has very little to do with intelligence either. Sometimes that’s just what you have to do to be able to survive, or to accomplish a goal. It is possible to do such things and still keep an active mind.
Having fun is more about attitude than about what you do.
I guess you could imagine certain tasks as quests…even in video games there are things like farming and cleaning but not sure what to imagine except something like that
@Whitecoyote @snowberry I’ve heard of fast food restaurants employees given points for be redeemed for prizes. Like KFC and Pizza hut.
When I am in a boring task it seems like it will go on a long time, I set myself little goals. Sometimes I will set a timer for 10 minutes, and see if I can accomplish a certain section inside of that 10 minutes. If you stretch your mind a little bit it can be a little bit like grinding in a video game.
