@canidmajor – probably the same, meeting some people at a “fusion” restaurant tonight for a variety of international (mostly asian) choices.

Eating fusion!! It’s not really celebrated where I am from so I guess I celebrate it alone by eating good international food!

By resolving to go on a diet, and then not doing it, because my stomach has Veto powers.

Assembled all the housestaff & had them all belt out their respective national anthems.
Furthermore, in the spirit of goodwill & international joy joy, I didn’t fire our Mexican valet even though he basically shouted like a demented loon throughout his entire performance, chose to reprimand him instead…final warning though.

By having a mock U.N., like in that Simpsons episode:

“Do you kids want to squabble and waste time? Or do you want to be like the real UN?”

Trying to find just the right Hallmark card for the occasion. Not sure who I will give it to if I do find it, though.

Playing a gig

I went without sleep for two solid days because the pain stayed at scream or cry level pretty much the whole time, so, I slept through it.

I picked some small apples from a tree I passed while on the job and brought them home for the squirrels.
